Aggiungere sale, pepe, pangrattato, parmigiano, basilico e prezzemolo tritati. Lasciare riposare per circa uno-due minuti. Trascorso questo tempo, aiutandosi con un cucchiaio, versare il composto in olio bollente e friggere per qualche minuto. Quando le polpette saranno dorate, metterle in un piatto con la carta assorbente per asciugarle dall\u2019olio in eccesso.<\/p>\n<p>A parte, in un pentolino, dopo aver fatto imbiondire aglio e\u00a0 cipolla, versare la passata di pomodoro e a met\u00e0 cottura aggiungere le patate tagliate a tocchetti. Lasciar cuocere altri 10 minuti circa e aggiungere le polpette.
