Impanare nella granella di mandorla e rosolare in una padella antiaderente ben calda tutti i lati. Nel frattempo frullare 2 spicchi d\u2019aglio con dell\u2019olio d\u2019oliva e versarlo in una padella con le acciughe tritate e il ciliegino tagliato a spicchi rosolare ed aggiungervi le verdure semicotte, ancora croccanti. Condire e saltare per qualche minuto.
