Scolateli e tritateli con un coltello. Sbattete le uova. Aggiungete spinaci, sale e pepe.<\/p>\n<p>Versate in una teglia rivestita di carta da forno. Cuocete in forno preriscaldato ventilato a 180\u00b0 per circa 15 minuti.<\/p>\n<p>Lasciate raffreddare e tagliate a met\u00e0.
